Solo entry $195*

Includes:

  • 6% of fee +$1 = Race Roster processing fee

  • marked course

  • bib with timing chip

  • timing

  • wooden finishers medal

  • on course medical aid (advanced coverage)

  • on course and finish line aid stations / refreshments

IMPORTANT NOTE: participants are responsible for retrieving their bikes from the Mirimbah Transition Zone. We recommend asking a friend, family or supporter to grab your bike and return it to the Village once you have completed the bike leg. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A WAY TO RETRIEVE YOUR BIKE PRIOR TO 2PM SHUT DOWN OF STATION YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK & PAY FOR A BIKE TRANSFER BACK TO THE VILLAGE SQUARE. AVAILABLE IN REGISTRATION PROCESS IN OPTIONAL ITEMS. COST: $20

REFUND POLICY

It is a condition of entry that you agree to our refund policy.

We will offer a refund less admin fee ONLY PRIOR to 1 January 2024. 

Post that date we do not offer refunds nor transfers to future events.

We apologise, however this is pretty much standard procedure for events for reasons of sunk costs by that time.  

Exceptions are not made for late injuries or clashes of unexpected 'other engagements', so please do not request as refusal often offends. And we don;t want to offend you.

The only reason we will consider is pregnancy. Of course. Blokes need not apply. 

You can transfer your entry to other person. You cannot transfer to a future event.

CAN I TRANSFER MY ENTRY TO A FUTURE EVENT, LIKE NEXT YEAR?

Nope. As above, this is not possible again due to sunk costs.

CAN I TRANSFER MY ENTRY TO ANOTHER PARTICIPANT?

Absolutely! This is the best option as it doesn’t cost you (assuming whomever you transfer to coughs up) and it doesn’t cost us (‘cause we already assumed you were turning up!).

To arrange a transfer to another person you can use the online facility by logging back in to your Race Roster registration, or please email chris@tourdetrails.com with the following:

  • Name (of new participant, the lucky duck):

  • DOB

  • Mobile

  • Email

  • Address

  • Medicals (if any)

  • Emergency contact (name, relationship and mobile)
